Warehouse service time & KPIs

Time data is useful
when its meaning is clear.

A lot happens between booking, call-in and departure. YardFlow separates waiting, warehouse service and total turnaround time, while flagging incomplete or unusual data.

What is warehouse service time?

In simplified mode, it is the interval from Call in to Service complete. It can include the drive to the dock and other handling-related time. It should not be described as pure physical loading time: the measure is tied to the events staff record in the system.

Waiting and turnaround answer different questions.

The interval from check-in to call-in shows how long the delivery waited to be called forward. Total turnaround covers the recorded arrival-to-departure period. Daily trends help identify differences, while the detail list leads back to individual visits.

Make questionable data visible.

Missing timestamps, events in the wrong order and unusually long intervals can make averages misleading. The KPI page flags these conditions and distinguishes visits still in progress. Data quality is visible alongside the numbers.

Search the detail and take the data with you.

Search covers the complete result set, and CSV export includes the full data matching the selected filter. A detailed warehouse mode is available when the team actually records the loading start. Changing that setting does not rewrite historical events.
