YardFlowYARD MANAGEMENT
Warehouse call-in & driver notification

One call-in.
A clear next step.

The warehouse knows when it can accept the next truck. YardFlow sends that information to the driver by SMS, together with the assigned dock and a link to the driver’s own status view.

The warehouse starts the call-in.

The phone number recorded at the gate belongs to the delivery. When capacity becomes available, the warehouse operator chooses a dock and presses Call in. The visit status updates and the SMS request is sent through the configured messaging provider.

The link belongs to this visit.

The mobile page displays the current status and assigned dock. Site directions or maps are available if they have been uploaded. Drivers do not receive access to the internal calendar or to other deliveries through this view.

Delivery tracking is not a read receipt.

Optional SMS tracking uses feedback from the messaging provider. It highlights failed or unconfirmed delivery so staff can decide when a phone call is needed. A delivered message does not prove the driver has read it. Older messages without a traceable provider identifier cannot reliably be checked afterwards.

Your own provider configuration.

The Twilio account and public application URL can be configured through the owner interface. SMS traffic incurs provider charges. Before use, the sender configuration, phone numbers and actual message delivery need to be checked.
